The friendly Crystal Springs neighborhood enjoys a southwest microclimate that looks across Port Orchard Narrows to the Kitsap Peninsula. Watch sailboats drift by as eagles, cormorants and kingfishers perch on old pilings and great blue herons stand guard at the tide’s edge.
Kids love this beach! A combination of sand, shells and stones, the beach is great for walking, searching for agates and collecting shells, sand dollars and driftwood. At low tide, discover star fish and other marine life. Relatively calm waters make the water ideal for kayaking, canoeing or a leisurely row in a dinghy across the bay to Illahee State Park – a perfect beach for sand castles. You might even spot a sea lion or seal.
With more than 2½ miles of pure waterfront community, Crystal Springs Drive provides a flat country road that follows the water for walks, biking or jogging.
You are only a few minutes from Lynwood Center, a village that includes a historic movie theater featuring independent films, fine and casual restaurants and a small grocery store with movie rentals and an extensive wine selection. Walk or bike the “the loop” of about five miles, and stop for lunch and a movie! Pick up last-minute picnic supplies or enjoy a dinner out.
This two-story home can comfortably sleep six adults. Upstairs, a private bedroom offers a king-size bed, and the large loft contains a queen-size bed as well as a small hide-a-bed sofa. Enjoy the large bathroom with a soaking tub! Downstairs features another hide-a-bed as an additional sleeping option.
On warm summer days you can open all the doors along the porch and bring the outside in. The huge
wrap-around porch with a hammock makes it the perfect location for enjoying those breezes off the water.
The main floor includes a second full-size bathroom, laundry facilities and a comfortable living room with over-stuffed furniture. This home features beautiful modern craftsmanship throughout. French-pane windows offer a view of the water from the living room, as well as the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a gas stove. The house is cozy in the winter with radiant heat floors and a woodstove.

Crystal Springs Beach House is located on the southwest end of Bainbridge Island, about 10-15 minutes’ drive from downtown Winslow.
Boat mooring is available with reservation upon request at an additional charge.
